  8. Strong time management skills: You should be able to prioritize your time effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  9. Willingness to travel: We may require sales executives to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend trade shows, so flexibility to travel is a must.

I have been working at CGOC for the past 2 years and overall, I am pleased with my experience. The company culture is very positive and supportive, and I feel that my contributions are valued. My boss is approachable and provides regular feedback on my performance, which helps me to set goals and improve in my role.
 

However, there are a few areas where I think the company could improve. The training program for new employees could be more comprehensive, as I felt that I was thrown into my role without enough guidance.
 

Overall, I am happy to be a part of the CGOC team and look forward to continuing to grow and develop in my role.
